Terms of use

DRAFT: this text is a placeholder and must be replaced by the approved legal text before launch.

1. The service. Housing Platform lets people list, find and contact each other about houses to rent or buy and about furniture and house accessories in Turkmenistan.

2. Your account. You sign in with your phone number. You are responsible for everything you publish and for keeping your phone secure.

3. What you may publish. Only true information about things you have the right to offer. Do not publish false, illegal, misleading or offensive content, other people's photos or personal data you have no right to share.

4. Listings, viewings and deals. The service only connects people. Agreements, payments and viewings are between the buyer and the seller. Check what you are offered before you pay.

5. Moderation. Listings, reviews, messages and stories can be checked, hidden or removed, and accounts can be blocked, when these terms are broken or when people report them.

6. Deleting your account. You can delete your account in the app at any time. Your personal data is then removed as described in the privacy policy.

7. Changes. These terms can change. When they do, the app asks you to accept the new version.

8. Contact. [contact details to be added]
